I love the concept of the bottle, but the nipple head does not promote a deep latch and my baby refuses to take it.

While our current nipple design works well for many breastfed babies, we know every baby is different — and we’re excited to share that we have a wide-latch nipple in development, specifically designed to better support a deeper latch. It’s set to launch later this year!

I purchased 12 bottles, New Born nipples, fast-flow nipples, silicone spare bags, in short, I purchased almost all the products because there is no ships to my country and I believed the advertising about these "special" bottles. In fact, apart from the size of the bottle, I didn't find anything special, but something to worry about. In all the nipples I used, the milk suction opening has widened until it actually torned after a few uses. The baby strangled on every feeding, finished eating in about 5 minutes and all the milk spilled out of the bottle, she suffered from hard gas. That's literally every
feeding. I contacted customer service, the only good thing I have to say is that they respond quickly, but the solution they offered me was ridiculous considering the amount of equipment I purchased. They sent me 2 trial nipples and offered me a 50% discount on
additional product purchases, when in reality I'm stuck with a lot of equipment and 12 bottles with torn nipples. I decided to give up and switch to other bottles and I regret not doing so much sooner and letting my baby strangled and suffer with every feeding.
