We completely understand that there’s a bit of a learning curve, especially with assembly and getting a good seal. As for the lid, you’re right — it’s designed to be extra secure to prevent leaks on the go, but we’re looking into ways to make it easier to remove without compromising that tight fit.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the nipple tearing! Teething can definitely make little ones extra tough on bottle nipples, but we understand your concerns. Our nipples are designed to be soft and comfortable, but we’ll definitely pass this on to our product development as we continue to improve our products.

We're really sorry to hear that our bottles didn't meet your expectations. We completely understand how important it is to find the right bottle, especially when managing reflux and other feeding challenges.
Our nipple does not passively drip and requires a gentle tongue compression to increase milk flow. Sometimes it takes a bit of practice or a few tries for it to click. Each little one is different and may require a different flow nipple as well!
Additionally, there should be no wasted milk and we have a few pointers if there is any left over from a feed.
